We currently offer pan-India delivery, ensuring that customers across India can access our collections.
Once your order is successfully placed and processed, it will be dispatched within a reasonable handling time. Estimated delivery typically takes 5–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier operations.
Shipping charges are applied based on the nature of the product and order value. However, no shipping charges will be applied for AuthenTEEcity PREMIUMS and SPECIALS collections, as part of our commitment to offering an elevated customer experience.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided (where applicable) to help you monitor your shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AuthenTEEcity will not be liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
In rare cases of unforeseen delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At present, AuthenTEEcity follows a strict no-return policy to maintain product integrity, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency. However, we are continuously working towards introducing a flexible return system in the future.
Currently:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any products at this time.
That said, we stand by the quality of our products.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, you must:
Capture clear, close-up photos of the product highlighting the issue.
Share the images with us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Upon review, our team will carefully assess the issue. If the claim is found to be valid, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a complimentary replacement—typically a free t-shirt of the same design.

Claims without sufficient visual proof may not be considered.
Minor variations in color, print, or fabric (due to lighting or screen differences) are not considered defects.
AuthenTEEcity reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
